The best approach is to admit your weakness but show that you are working on it and have a plan to overcome it. If possible, cite a weakness that will work to the companys advantage. I m such a perfectionist that I wont stop until a job is well done.

2、重复法
在职场，两个人见面了。其中一位说道："你好，我叫王刚。"另一位立刻重复道："你好王刚。"既得体又巧妙的记住了对方的名字，可见重复也是个好办法。
3、释义法 ，也就是解释自己名字的由来。
我听过这样的自我介绍"我叫王晨阳，我妈妈生我之前已连下了半个多月的雨，刚生完我，护士小姐打开窗帘，阳光普照，妈妈抬腕看看表，正好早７点整，为我取名王晨阳。"
又如：有位青年叫单知愚，他这样注释自己的姓名："我叫单知愚，就是善于知道自己的愚笨的意思。"
（二）把握分寸，自信自谦
例如，著名的戏剧表演家王景愚是这样做自我介绍的，我就是王景愚，表演《吃(又鸟)》的那个王景愚，愚公移山的愚。人称我是多愁善感的戏剧家，实在是愧不敢当，我只不过是一个走火入魔的哑剧迷罢了。你看我40多公斤的瘦小身材，却经常负荷许多忧虑与烦恼，又多半是自找的。我不善于向自己敬爱的人表述敬与爱，却善于向所憎恶的人表述憎与恶，然而胆子并不大。我虽然很执拗，却又常常否定自己，否定自己既痛苦又快乐，我就生活在这痛苦与快乐的交织网里，总也冲不出去。在事业上，人家说我是敢于拼搏的强者； 而在复杂的人际关系面前，我又是一个心无灵犀，半点不通的弱者。因此，在生活中，我是交替扮演强者与弱的角色……"

（三）、幽默生动
