英语面试
首先进行的是英语面试，大概就是先三分钟的自我介绍，然后就是从自我介绍里面挑了四个问题去问的，所以建议大家自我介绍里面一定不要写那些空的东西，要不被抓着就不好了。
专业面试
对于专业面试，老师主要是拿着你的成绩单，问你学过的那些专业课的基本知识，尤其是分数高的和比较低的，最容易问这门课程的相关情况，当然老师不会问的特别深入，你只要记住一些基本概念就好。
由于我是考的物理化学，但是老师从始至终都是问的关于材料方面的东西，所以希望考物化的同学提前看一下材料科学基础的相关知识点。大概问题如下：
1、毕业设计相关问题：为什么要研究这一课题，这一课题创新点在哪里?是否有着实际应用?(这个是必问环节)
2、什么是上坡扩散、什么是下坡扩散，什么情况下会出现这两种扩散?
3、什么是动态再结晶、什么是静态再结晶，原理是什么?
4、材料成型的方法有哪些?
5、腐蚀的基本类型、影响腐蚀的因素以及各自的解决方法。
6、冶金的三传是什么?
7、C在奥氏体和铁素体中的溶解度不同的原因?
8、Mg的加工方法以及Mg在加工时的注意事项。
9、材料强化途径的基本机制(细晶强化、固溶强化、位错强化、析出强化)。
还问了些家庭方面的问题，就和聊天似的，具体记得不清楚了。我去年是带简历过去的，首先简历里面的东西很可能会成为老师提问的话题，所以自己不确定或者虚假的东西最好不要写进去。
其次，一般老师都是会用成绩单看你学过哪些课程来问这些课程相关的知识，这样如果你递交简历并在简历里面写到你本科学过的课程，那么就要写那些你熟悉的课程，那些不熟悉的千万不要写，这样可以避免问到你不知道的，因为你给老师简历后他一般就会把注意力集中在简历上了。当然了，先打听清楚面试几个老师，简历一定要带够。
建议
其实进去没必要紧张，老师都是还不错的，最好微笑面对，能给老师留个好印象。由于我初试分数相对高些，老师问的比较多，面试用了20多分钟，一般的都是十分钟左右就结束了。这些问题中大部分都回答出来了，有一个回答错了，老师也没说什么。还有，如果老师问你打算读博不，你就说读，我当时说不读，老师看了我一眼，好像不太高兴吧，不过最后成绩还不错，笔试135，面试130。
结语
复试同样决定自己的命运。如果初试发挥不是很好的，也可以在复试的环节中通过自己的努力脱颖而出。最后，祝大家复试成功。

个人面试
每个人要单独面对三名考官，依我的经验及对其他人面试情况的调查，考官的提问主要是围绕个人的教育背景和工作经历，因此，自己所呈上的材料中，情况最好是真实可信的，这样在被问到突发性的问题时，也可以做到有据可答。
在做自我介绍时，如果不是特别的需要，建议就是简单介绍一下自己的工作经历，并适当突出一下亮点即可。我所认识的一位清华考友，在做自我介绍的第三句话时就说到了个人的性格，结果马上被考官打断提问，直至面试结束，他后面那一大部分个人简介最终根本就没有完。
三位面试考官中，据说一位是清华经管学院的老师，两位是企业的领导。进门后，交上我的材料，开始落座，进行自我介绍。我的语气很平和，心里一点儿也不慌张，感觉和我在外企面试的时候差不多。
陈述完毕，考官们开始进行提问。总共问了我13个问题，主要是针对我的教育情况和工作经历，也有个别问题是关于当前管理的热点，比如国企改革等等。我在回答的过程中做到了回答快速，并且没有偏离预定的轨道，可以看的出来，考官们对我很是满意。
需要说明的是，有的考生在面试后这样说到：我其实在某一方面很强很强，可惜考官没有问到这方面的话题，因此我的特长无从发挥。建议大家，如果想让自己的特长表现出来，要在个人简历上多下点功夫，不要期待着考官在面试时会问到这个话题。
小组讨论
小组成员进去后，要抽出一道题来进行讨论。此时，做为小组的领导者，一定要当着大家把题目读一遍，这样不仅让小组每个人都能知道是什么题目，更重要的是，让考官也能做到了然于胸。因为考官面前有很多题，他并不知道你抽中的是哪一道。如果小组直接就此案例进行讨论，考官或许根本就不知道你们在讨论哪个案例，直接影响到小组的评分。
我们小组一共4个人，我在讨论时的角色是总结人。在讨论过程中，大家的思路都很清晰，每个人对其所扮演的角色进行了很好的诠释。最后总结发言时，我们用了这样的策略，计时员在还有最后5分钟时提醒大家可以做总结发言，我在这5分钟的时间内，专门拿出2分钟来与大家做最后的交流，来确认每个人的观点都被包括在内，随后的3分钟，起身，向考官陈述。
小组面试结束后，大家感觉都不错，出门后，小组其他三个成员都过来向我最后的发言表示感谢。我当时就有一种直觉，我们小组都能够被录取。最后的结果出来时，我的面试成绩是94分，其他三人中，一个92，两个90，全部都被清华经管学院录取。
英语口试
清华的英语口试，需要两个人一组，因此最好能够提前找一个搭档，两个人可以事先练习一下，熟悉对方的性格与英语的口感。我在寻找口语搭档方面没有特别主动，主要还是没有时间和对方进行考前的练习。
在进行英语口试的时候，考官首先分别向每个人问一到两个问题，然后两人根据事先抽到的一个情景来进行对话的演练。我的搭档口语虽然一般，但是很可贵的一点就是他非常敢说，敢于用英语表达自己的观点。最后的成绩，我是4.5分，他是3.5分。

4.准备回答为什么选这个学校，为什么这个专业
强调，这基本是一个必问的问题，一般来说如果去过学校，可以说一下去学校的见闻，没有去过的话，在维基上把学校的介绍看了，然后上一些国外的论坛，搜一下别人对这些学校笼统的介绍，选自己喜欢的几点。注意在说的时候要流利，投入。下边也举例说明
a.I saw online that xx-x university has a 7 to 1 student/faculty ratio， it means I will have more opportunity to interact with professors (我在网上看见你们学校学生教授比例是7：1，这说明我会有很多机会和教授-交流)

这两段话的感情-色彩迥异，前者像背书，后者是有感情的口语化交流。
5.准备几个要问面试官的问题，提的问题不能是在网站上可以轻易找到答案的，例如你们学校综合排名第几这类的傻瓜问题千万不要出现，注意这里也可以交流起来，再次强调，面试的全程是在和面试官交流不是一问一答的被审问，回答问题光说是不是那是不够的。
结束之后如果有面试官的邮件，发信感谢面试官的时间和他提供的有用信息，强调自己对学校的兴趣。没有邮件的话，靠记住的名字，在学校官网首页的搜索栏中可以找出来这个人的邮件。

1 如何准备英语口语?

面试不是简单的面对面谈话，也不是完全凭借经验和阅历就能洞悉一起的带有神秘色彩的“相面”，它需要有科学的测评标准、方法以及组织形式。
面试是测查和评价人员能力素质的一种考试活动。具体地说，面试是一种经过组织者精心设计，在特定场景下，以考官对考生的面对面交谈与观察为主要手段，由表及里测评考生的知识、能力、经验等有关素质的一种考试活动。
“精心设计”是面试与一般性的交谈、面谈、谈话相区别。面谈与交谈，强调的指示面对面的直接接触形势与情感沟通的效果它并非经过精心设计：“面对面地观察、交谈等双向沟通方式”，不但突出里面试“问”、“听”、“察”、“析”、“判”的综合性特色，而且是面试与一盘的口试、笔试、操作演示、背景调查等人员素质测评的形势也区别带来了。
二、面试的特征
与其他测评形式相比、面试具有的相对独特之车在于：
1.面试测评的手段、内容灵活、针对性强
不同的职位对人的素质和能力有不同的要求。面试可以根据不同职位的特点和需要，灵活地采用不同的手段去测评一个人的能力。在形式上采用面谈法、无领导小组讨论、情景模拟等方法；在内容上，可以针对不同职位、不同的应试者灵活地变化测试内容，准确地测试出应试者在某一方面是否适应这一职位的实际能力水平。例如：在具体实施过程中，考官的追问可以针对每个应试者回答方式与内容的变化而变化。
2.能够充分调动考官与应试者的主观能动性
面试中，应试者的回答及行为表现于考官的评判是相联接的，中间没有任何媒介，面试中考官与应试者的接触、交谈、观察也是相互的，面对面进行的；他们之间的信息交流与反馈也是相互作用的，考官能根据应试者的回答情况，积极主动地变换测试方法和内容，应试者也能充分发挥自己的才智跟上考官的出题思路，积极主动地回答考官提出的各种问题。这种直接性提高了考官与应试者相互沟通的效果与面试的真实性，同时，也能了解许多比试中了解不到的信息。
3.测评的主观性
面试的判断带有一种直觉性，往往包括很大程度印象性、情感性，它对人的评价与判断，包括成绩的评定容易受主观因素影响。
4.强调素质评定
笔试完全以答案为依据评定考生的成绩，只要考生的答案与标准答案一致，不论考生是真的解答对了还是猜对的，也不论考生的解答方法是否巧妙、熟练，花费的时间是多是少，都得给分。面试则是依据考生现场的全部表现，对其素质状况作出评定。他不仅分析考生的回答是否正确，更重要的是看考生回答问题的灵活性、逻辑性、应变性、。考生面试结果的评定，不把观点正确与否作为第一位的指标，而是看考生的整体素质。
5.内容的不固定性
笔试的内容一般都有主考机关事先统一规定，因而是固定的。同一专业的考生所面对的试题没有差异。面试的内容虽然大多数情况下也是事先拟定，但考官在考试过程中可以随机提问，对此，考生要即兴作答。而且，考官还可以根据考试的需要灵活提问，不必拘泥于既定的试题。
6.面试是一个双向沟通的过程
面试是主考官和应试者之间的一种双向沟通过程。在面试过程中，应试者并不是完全处于被动状态。主考官可以通过观察和谈话来评价应试者，应试者也可以通过主考官的行为来判断主考官的价值判断标准、态度偏好、对自己面试表现的满意度等，来调节自己在面试中的行为表现。所以说，面试不仅是主考官对应试者的一种考察，也是主客体之间的一种沟通、情感交流和能力的较量。
7.面试对象的单一性
面试的问题一般要因人而异，测评的内容主要应侧重个别特征，同时进行会相互干扰。
8.面试时间的持续性
面试与笔试的一个显著区别是面试不是在同一个时间展开，而是逐个地持续进行。笔试不论报考人数的多少，均可在同一时间进行，甚至不受地域的限制，面试则不同。
三、面试的基本形式
按照不同的角度，面试可以分为以下几种基本形式：
1.单独面试与集体面试
所谓单独面试，指主考官个别地与应试者单独面谈。这是最普遍最基本的一种面试方式。单独面试的优点是能提供一个面对面的机会，让面试双方较深入地交流。单独面试又有两种类型。一是只有一个主考官负责整个面试过程。二是有多位主考官参加整个面试过程，但每次均只与一位应试者交谈。
集体面试又叫小组面试，指多位应试者同时面对面试考官的情况。在集体面试中，通常要求应试者作小组讨论，相互协作解决某一问题，或者让应试者轮流担任领导主持会议、发表讲说等。这种面试方法主要用于考察应试者的人际沟通能力、洞察与把握环境的能力、领导能力等。
无领导小组讨论是最常见的一种集体面试法。在不指定召集人、主考官也不直接参与的情况下，应试者自由讨论主考官给定的讨论题目，这一题目一般取自于专业需要，或是现实生活中的热点问题，具有很强的特殊性、情景逼真性和典型性。讨论中，众考官坐于离应试者一定距离的地方，不参加提问或讨论，通过观察、倾听为应试者进行评分。
2.一次性面试与分阶段面试
所谓一次性面试，即指用人单位对应试者的面试集中于一次进行。在一次性面试中。面试考官的阵容一般都比较“强大”，通常由专家组成。在一次面试情况下，应试者是否能面试过关，甚至是否最终通过面试，就取决于这一次面试表现。面对这类面试，应试者必须集中所长、认真准备、全力以赴。
分阶段面试又可分为两种类型，一种叫“依序面试”。一种叫“逐步面试”。
3.非结构化面试与结构化面试
在非结构化的面试条件下，面试的组织非常“随意”。关于面世过程的把握、面试中要提出的问题、面试的评分角度与面试结果的处理办法等，主考官事前都没有精心准备与系统设计。非结构化面试颇类似于人们日常非正式的交谈。除非面试考官的个人素质极高，否则很难保证非结构化面试的效果。目前，非结构化的面试愈来愈少。
正规的面试一般都为结构化面试。所谓结构化，包括三个方面的含义：一是面试过程把握（面试程序）的结构化。在面试的起始阶段、核心阶段、收尾阶段，主考官要做些什么、注意些什么、要达到什么目的，事前都会相应策划。二是面试试题的结构化。在面试工程中，主考官要考察应试者哪些方面的素质，围绕这些考察角度主要提哪些问题？在什么时候提出？怎样提？在面试前都会作出准备。三是面试结果评判的结构化。从哪些角度来评判应试者的面试表现？等级如何区分？甚至如果打分等，在面试前都会有相应规定，并在众考官间统一尺度。
4.常规面试与情景面试
所谓常规面试，就是我们日常见到的、主考官和应试者面对面以问答形式为主的面试。在这种面试条件下，主考官处于积极主动的位置，应试者一般是被动应答的姿态。主考官提出问题，应试者根据主考官的提问作出回答，展示自己的知识、能力和经验。主考官根据应试者对问题的回答以及应试者的仪表仪态、身体语言、在面试过程时的情绪反应等对应试者的综合素质状况作出平价。

Numbers are very important in our daily lives. We come across numbers every day and even every minute. Numbers are used for various aspects and reasons in our lives, for example, telephone numbers, address numbers, price, weight, height, so on and so forth. We couldn't imagine living in a world without numbers
2)Can you list some unlucky numbers in China or in other countries? Why?
The most representative unlucky numbers in China are numbers related to four, such as four, fourteen, forty. It is because the pronunciation of four in Chinese is similar to the word die, therefore, Chinese always regard numbers related to four as extremely unlucky. While in others counties, such as the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom and Europe, they have a history of considering13 to be an unlucky number. The association with thirteen and bad luck is thought to be tied to Christianity and The Last Supper.

1)Can you list some lucky numbers in China or in other countries? Why?
Generally speaking, the Chinese are fond of numbers like six or eight, which are considered to be fortunate. The number eight is quite lucky in China for it means getting rich. Seven, for instance, is a lucky number in many countries.
2)Some traditional ideas die hard. Can you give any advice on getting rid of some ideas which are not scientific?
Some traditional ideas are losing popularity nowadays. For instance, the idea that a married woman is just a property of man and they should stay at home to take care of family affairs is now out of date. Traditional ideas follow in this type or more serious ones should be get rid of by improving of the public's knowledge. The more intellectual of the people, the brighter of our country.

1)What do you think is the happiest time for you, at high school or at university? Why? In my opinion, I think university time is the happiest time. Because at high school study comes first and I was very busy in reviewing and doing exercise, while at university, apart from studying hard as my style, I also have plenty of time to work as the class leader, read books , listen to music, hang out with friends, travel and so on in my spare time, which cannot be done at high school. I have not only developed harmonious relationship with roommates, classmate, and schoolmates, but also improved my overall abilities
, such as joining students union.
2)What in your life do you feel most proud of?
I think the most proud time in my life comes when my parents and my relative said they were very happy for me and were extremely proud of me for I was admitted to Southwest Jiaotong University as an undergraduate four years ago. If I have the honor to be admitted as a graduate this time, I would be proud , so would my parents.

Friendship is an important part of my life. It makes who I am today. I agree with the old sayingA friend indeed is a friend in need. , so I am eager to give a helping hand to my friends. I find that university is quite different from high school. High school is a small pond scattered with several excellent students while university is a stream filled with many excellent students. In general , my classmates are excellent. Some of them are talented, some of them study hard to become excellent and others have their specialities. Studying with them is happy as well as challenging.

1)What is the greatest challenge youve met since you entered university?
The greatest challenge I've met since I entered this university is the adjustment of new . When I came to this university, everything was completely new and unfamiliar to me. So I had to adapt to them. It took me more than two weeks to get used to the whole thing successfully and it provided very useful experience.
2)Among the people you know, who do you admire most? Tell us why?
The person I admire most is my father. Although he hasn't get much education, he sets a good example of for my sister and myself. He is the type of person who speaks little but works much and he never cares about his clothing or food but my education. From him, I've learned that hard work, honesty and love will make our life more colorful and meaningful.

1)In your view, what makes a life happier, wealth or health?
In my view, comparing with wealth, health comes first. As is known to all, money cannot buy everything you want, such health. A healthy body enable us to enjoy the beauty and love of life, while a wealthy but unhealthy body makes us envy others. Having gone through the Wenchuan Earthquake, I understand life and health is the foundation of everything, including wealth, fame, love, beauty, and so on. Therefore, I firmly believe health makes a life happier.
2)As a university student, what contribution can you make to society?
As a university student, I cannot make significant contribution to society right now, but I believe at least I can do the following things. First, study hard and improve overall abilities. After graduation, I can use my knowledge and skills to serve our society. Second, learn to be honest and help others if i can. A honest and kindhearted people will benefit our society. That's what I can do as a university student.

1)Do you have any hobby? What is it?
Yes, I've got many hobbies. First, I like reading. I read all kinds of books to make myself wise and learned. Apart from reading, second, I like listening to music and singing, which reduces my pressure. Third, I like travelling if money permits. I've visited E'mei Mountain. It is such a beautiful place that I would like to visit it again.
2)What sport do you enjoy watching?
I enjoy watching table tennis games and basketball games. In fact, I can play table tennis and basketball and I often play with my classmates. On the one hand, doing sports or watching sports makes me devote myself completely to them, gets much fun, and relieves my pressure. On the other hand, doing sports makes me keep healthy.
3)Whats your opinion of working for a private firm?
In my opinion, working for a private firm has advantages and disadvantages. As for advantages, the working environment and working time may be flexible and there are many possibilities for changing jobs. As for disadvantages, private firm cannot provide stability that some people want.

1)Do you like reading?
I like reading very much. As Francis Bacon says in his essay Of StudiesReading maketh a full man; conference a ready man; and writing an exact man., I regard reading as a part of my life. Reading is a source of getting information and makes me wise and learned.
2)Is there any generation gap between your parents and you?
I think there is a generation gap between my parents and I. After all, our growing environment is quite different and the society has changed a lot. We don't talk about many things as some parents and children do, but I don't think there is any problem between us. We have our mode of getting along well with each other. I understand them and they don't have to worry about me because I can take care of my affairs very well. So I don't think generation gap is a problem between my parents and I.
3)In your opinion, what might be the cause(s) of environmental pollution?
There are many causes of environmental pollution, but as far as I can see, the main cause of it is a lack of environmental protection awareness. Lacking environmental protection awareness makes people use plastic bags causing white wastes and use throwaway chopsticks causing forest destroy, make factory discharge sewage causing water pollution, so on and so forth. These examples makes is evident that lacking consciousness of environmental protection make environmental pollution a difficult task.

Yes, I am very fond of music. I listen to music and sing after it as one of my spare time activity. Music makes me feel ease and comfortable. I like pop music and listen to a little bit classic music.

I am very interested in table tennis and basketball. I often play with my classmates. On the one hand, doing sports makes me devote myself completely to them, gets much fun, and relieves my pressure. On the other hand, doing sports makes me keep healthy.

Work and play are two very important parts our lives. They runs through our lives. I have this principle that when it is working time , I work hard, while it is play time, I play to my heart's content. Work and play complement each other. Appropriate leisure makes us more efficient at work . In return, hard work provides us time and money to enjoy ourselves. I don't approve the idea of workaholic or play all the time.

1)Do you often watch TV?
I have access to TV only when I am in winter or summer holiday. Not like many other girls, I am not fond of TV, so I don't watch it often, but I do watch it for fun or kill time. When I watch it, I often watch CCTV for getting information.
2)Do you enjoy having a summer holiday on the beach?
If time and money permits, of course I'd like a summer holiday on a beach. I haven't been to seaside before.i think it will be an exciting experience to lay down on the beach enjoying sun, wind, blue sky, and deep ocean. It's kind of my dream to visit seaside and beach. I will make my dream come true when I can earn money myself.
3)What is the soundest relationship between nature and human?
The relationship between nature and human is a kind of philosophical questions. In my opinion, the soundest relationship between nature and human is a harmonious one. Human are definitely not the dominator of nature as some people may think, so dose nature. Only when nature and human get along well with each other can human beings and nature enjoy sustainable development; otherwise unfriendly relationship will destroy nature as well as human.
